फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन को अपनी ताज़ा व्यक्तिगत जानकरी (पता/इमेल/फोन नंबर आदि) से अवगत कराना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है;

शूटिंग-आवर्स, सफ़ाई-रखरखाव, खाने की गुणवत्ता में किसी प्रकार की अनियमितता या लापरवाही के बारे में, जल्द से जल्द, फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन को अवगत कराएं.

प्रोडक्शन कंपनी या उसके प्रतिनधि से बात करते समय पेमेंट, ब्लॉक डेट्स, कॉल टाइम आदि के ज़रूरी रिकॉर्ड, लिखित सबूत के तौर पर, एस एम एस, व्हाट्सऐप, इमेल आदि के रूप में अपने पास संभाल के रखें।

फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन डायरी (फिजिकल या डिजिटल) में (इन-टाइम व आउट-टाइम के कारण के साथ) सभी एंट्रीज नियमित भरें और प्रोडक्शन कंपनी के प्रतिनधि से अनिवार्य रूप से हस्तक्षर करा लें।

अपडेटेड फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन हमेशा अपने साथ रखें

प्रोडक्शन हाउस से किसी प्रकार के तकरार के मामल में टीवी धारावहिक के ऑफ-एयर जाने(बंद होने), तथा किसी फिल्म की डबिंग से पहले ही फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन से संपर्क करें।

किसी फिल्म की डबिंग से पहले ही अपने कुल पेमेंट का 90 प्रतिशत राशि अवश्य ले लें।

आपको अगर अपने एसोशिशन से कोई शिकायत है तो फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफिस में आकर बताएं ।

प्रोडक्शन हाउस से प्राप्त एग्रीमेंट की एक कॉपी दस्तखत करने की तारीख के 15 दिन के अंदर फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन को फ़ॉरवर्ड करें।

इनवॉइस/ बिल देते समय, उसकी एक कॉपी, प्रोडक्शन हाउस के प्रतिनिधि से दस्तखत कराकर अपने पास अवश्य रख लें।

अपना काम पूरा किए बिना सेट न छोडें। किसी प्रकार की इमरजेंसी में अपने यूनिट/ ग्रुप या ज़ोनल हेड से या फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन ऑफिस से संपर्क करें।

एग्रीमेंट/कॉन्ट्रैक्ट में लिखी बातों (क्लॉज)को ठीक से पढ़े और समझे बिना उसपर दस्तख़त न करें।

किसी भी विवाद के मामले में सीधे मीडिया(अखबार/ चैनल) के पास न जाएं।

किसी प्रोड्यूसर के खिलाफ एकबार फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन में शिकायत दर्ज कराने के बाद उस प्रोड्यूसर से सीधे सम्पर्क न करें।

किसी अन्य कलाकार की आवाज की डबिंग उसकी या फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन की सहमति के बिना करें।
-
किसी भी कलाकार की जगह उस कलाकार या फिल्म सिटी सिने टीवी आर्टिस्ट एंड वर्कर्स एसोसिएशन की सहमति के बिना काम न करें।
-
ब्लैंक/अधूरे वाउचर पर दस्खत न करें।

Don’t sign agreement without reading, understanding each clause.

Don’t sign the agreement leaving blank space between the last line of the agreement & your name.

Don’t shoot on 26th January, 1st May and 15th August
-
Don’t approach media or channel directly in case of any dispute.

Don’t approach Producer directly after registering your complaint with Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh
-
Don’t dub any other artistes voice without obtaining their/Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh consent.
-
Don’t replace any other artiste without NOC from fellow artist/ Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh
-
Don’t sign blank/incomplete vouchers.
Do's

Always be punctual at work.

Update your personal information (i.e. contact/email/address) with Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh

Update Association of any setbacks like irregular working hours/unhygienic conditions.

Maintain a written conversation with Producer or his/her representatives in the form of messages/whatsapp/email w.r.t remuneration, block dates, call time etc.

Maintain Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh diary, regularly.
-
Always carry your updated membership card.
-
Approach Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh before serial goes off-air/dubbing of movie, in case of any dispute.
-
Ensure that you receive 90% of the total remuneration before dubbing of the movie.
-
Write to your Association in case of any grievance instead of posting it on social platforms.
-
Forward your agreement to Filmcity Cine T.V Artist & Workers Sangh within 15 days of signing the contract.
-
Take acknowledgement of authorized representative of Production house on a copy of your invoice.
